Terms of use
These terms describe the public website, demonstration and commercial pilot of BEÇA BOT TRADING. Joining the interest list does not create a subscription, payment or automatic access.
1. Project responsibility and status
Project lead: Bruno Batalha Galindo. Contact the Requests center or Instagram Direct @becabottrading. The contracting supplier’s complete business identity, applicable registration and physical address still need to be confirmed and published before paid contracting opens. Platech has been identified for a future payment integration; this does not by itself establish the product’s contracting supplier.
2. Product
The dashboard organizes user-entered closing results by account, instrument and period, including charts, optional counts and reports. The public demonstration uses fictional data. Commercial pilot access is individually authorized using ChatGPT login; its history is separate from the older family dashboard.
3. Accounts and records
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use your own access and data you are authorized to process. Do not share credentials, access other users’ records or use the service unlawfully. Review dates, accounts, instruments, contract quantities, signs and amounts before saving. Screenshot recognition can make mistakes and requires review. Pilot screenshot OCR runs locally in the browser.
4. Calculations
Estimated points per contract = final USD result ÷ (contracts × USD per point). Ticks = points ÷ tick size. Fees, partial exits and variable quantities can make this an equivalent result rather than an exact reconstruction of price movements. Split mixed-instrument USD totals by instrument. Do not add points across different instruments.
The pilot catalog includes 45 contracts with quotation units and source links, not all CME futures. Other futures require manually supplied specifications that must be checked; nonlinear or non-USD contracts require separate treatment.
5. Trading and AI
BEÇA BOT records results. It does not execute orders, provide signals, replace professional advice or guarantee profits. Past results and examples do not promise future returns. AI provides product help, may make mistakes and cannot access your private trading accounts, records or payments. Do not submit statements, credentials or financial information to chat.
6. Availability and support
Maintenance and updates may affect availability. Uninterrupted service and 24-hour support are not promised. Use the dashboard’s export and backup functions. A request receipt confirms submission, not resolution. Applicable statutory support duties remain unaffected.
7. Payments and rights
No checkout is active on this website. See Pilot conditions and Cancellation and refunds. Free trials and statutory withdrawal rights are separate. Nothing here excludes mandatory liability, warranties or consumer rights.
8. Changes and applicable law
This version does not constitute acceptance of a future paid subscription. Material changes will be communicated; commercial conditions must be provided before contracting. Relevant Brazilian laws apply without excluding other mandatory protections. Users retain access to consumer authorities and courts.
