Requests and rights

Submit privacy or consumer requests. No login or marketing consent is required. Requests are handled manually; no automatic cancellation, refund or data deletion occurs.

Do not send passwords, tax IDs, bank details, statements, full card numbers or identity documents. The order reference is optional.

These details are used to handle your request, not for marketing. See Privacy and LGPD.

After submission

Keep the on-screen receipt. No automatic email is sent. The team may request proportionate identity verification before sharing or changing personal data. Consumer demands follow applicable legal response deadlines, including the five-day electronic-commerce response requirement; confirmation/access follows LGPD article 19. The AI chat is not a formal request channel.
